1. Shipping costs

• Orders of US$199 or more: Free shipping.
• Orders below US$199: US$15.99 flat-rate shipping.

2. Processing time

In-stock orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Pre-owned and open-box items are checked, cleaned and securely packed before shipping.

For sourced items, availability and dispatch timing are confirmed with your quote before payment.

3. Delivery and tracking

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch for most destinations. Transit times vary by destination, carrier and customs clearance, and are not guaranteed.
