New — Factory Sealed If you choose New in Find This Model, we look for factory-sealed, unopened stock.
Exact-unit information comes first For pre-owned and open-box gear, review the actual photos, condition notes, completed function checks and included accessories for that specific unit.
Cosmetic Grade A–D · Pre-Owned / Open-Box
Very Good
Light normal wear such as fine scratches, rub marks, or small finish traces. Clearly used but well kept, without pronounced cosmetic damage.
Good / Clearly Visible Wear
Clearly visible scratches, scuffs, finish wear, small dents, or other notable cosmetic wear. A damaged cable jacket or other substantive exterior damage is at least Grade C and must be disclosed.
Heavy / Pronounced Wear
Heavy scratches, dents, discoloration, chipped finish, worn housings or other pronounced cosmetic wear. Material defects should be shown in the actual-item photos and described in the listing.

01 · Identity
Exact model, version and configuration
We check the model and relevant version details such as color, storage, voltage, region or revision when they can affect compatibility or value. Similar names are not treated as the same exact model.
02 · Cosmetics
Visible wear is checked and disclosed
Exterior surfaces, screens, controls, sockets, pads, headbands, cables, feet and other relevant areas are reviewed as applicable. Important wear should be described and supported by actual-item photos.
03 · Function
Functional status is separate from grade
Checks are adapted to the product category and available test setup. They can include power, charging, controls, channels, common inputs and outputs, playback, connection or other practical functions. Only completed checks should be stated.
04 · Included Kit
Accessories are confirmed item by item
Included cables, adapters, cases, remotes, power supplies, tips, manuals and original packaging are recorded when relevant. A high cosmetic grade does not imply a complete original accessory set.
05 · Cleaning
Cleaned for handling, not cosmetically disguised
Loose dust and normal exterior residue are removed with material-appropriate methods. We avoid aggressive solvents or refinishing intended to hide wear. Cleaning does not change the cosmetic grade or erase disclosed defects.
06 · Battery & Wear Items
Battery condition is described separately
For battery-powered gear, we may confirm basic charging and observe battery behavior during inspection. A full battery-runtime test is not part of our standard process. Pads, tips and other wear items are described separately.
07 · Final Check & Packing
The exact unit and included kit are rechecked before dispatch
The unit, listed accessories and obvious condition points are reviewed again before packing. Screens, controls, connectors and loose accessories are protected, with cushioning and an outer shipping carton or additional protection used when appropriate.
08 · Dispatch
Shipping details are confirmed for the actual order
Dispatch location, handling and available delivery routes can vary by unit and destination. Review the exact listing or written quote for shipping, taxes, import charges and support terms before payment.
How to Read the Standard
Does Grade A mean the unit is fully functional and complete?
No. A–D describe cosmetic condition. Function, battery, accessories and version are listed separately for the exact unit.
What does New mean at HiFiLoop?
New means factory-sealed and unopened in the original manufacturer packaging. Open-box units are listed separately and use their own condition details.
Do all products receive the same functional checks?
No. Checks vary by product type and the functions available on the exact unit. We list the checks that were completed.
How is battery condition described?
For portable gear, we may confirm that the unit charges and observe battery behavior during inspection. We do not run a full battery-runtime test as part of the standard check.
What does cleaning include?
Routine cleaning removes normal dust and surface residue using material-appropriate methods. Repairs, part replacement or refurbishment are stated separately when applicable.
What happens before the item is shipped?
We recheck the exact unit and listed accessories, then pack them with protection appropriate to the product.
Which information should I use for a specific unit?
