THE CURRENT SELECTION

Headphones

Used and open-box headphones for focused listening. Browse open-back or closed-back designs, then compare pad condition, fit, cable connections and the exact revision. Over-ear describes fit, so it can overlap both acoustic designs.

What to check on used headphones

Pads, headband and moving parts

Inspect actual photos of pads, headband, yokes and hinges. Ask whether pads are original or replacements and what wear is present. Grade describes cosmetics; it does not replace a separate account of function or included parts.

Connectors, cable and listening setup

Check the headphone-side connector, source-end plug and included cable length. Confirm your player or amp is suitable for the intended model; a connector that fits does not establish the whole pairing.

Exact revision and disclosed behavior

Match the full model name and revision, then read the reported playback checks and any disclosed imbalance, rattle or intermittent connection. The listing should identify replacement parts and meaningful damage rather than hiding them in a grade.

A–D grades describe appearance only. Read the actual-unit photos, functional notes, included accessories and dispatch information separately.
