What is a model reference page?

A reference page describes a model, not a reserved or guaranteed available unit. Use Find This Model to ask about a suitable item. Reference information or historical prices are not a final offer.

How does Find This Model work?

Enter the brand and model to check the available HiFiLoop catalog. If you need a different version, condition, or price, send a sourcing request. We will respond using the email you provide. Availability, the individual item's details, and the final offer must be confirmed before a sourcing order is paid.

Does a sourcing request reserve an item?

No. A search, request, or saved candidate does not reserve a unit or take payment. Items can become unavailable while a request is being handled.

What do condition grades describe?

Flexible, New, A, B, C, and D are the storefront values. New means brand-new condition, not a cosmetic grade. Open-box is not New. A is Like New / Excellent; B Very Good; C Good with clearly visible wear; D heavy or pronounced wear. Grades describe cosmetics only; function is listed separately. Substantial damage, including a damaged cable jacket, is at least C and must be disclosed. Missing condition is not inferred. Read the condition guide.

Where will my order ship from?
